City Center Sofia is one of the first shopping centers on the Bulgarian market, opened back in 2006. Currently the project is anchored by Piccadilly supermarket, Cine Grand, Technomarket, etc.

A full re-development program was launched in 2015, consisting of re-positioning and re-tenanting of the shopping center.
Being amongst the first provided CCS with the advantage of having a remarkably favorable location from a commercial standpoint. Easily accessible by foot, public transport (including metro) and car, located in an affluent residential area and in immediate proximity to the city center, CCS has the potential of becoming one of the most attractive and cozy destinations in Sofia.

The re-development program comprises an internal and external refurbishment of the building, complemented by change of layouts to achieve efficiency of visitors’ circulation. The full re-tenanting program is aimed at carving for CCS a brand new position on the market. The concept outlines a mid-priced to up-scale brands’ mix, introducing attractive restaurants, kids’ corner, cafeterias and bar concepts for daily meetings and after work gatherings.
